1. The course and any material presented herein may be subject to Frigoglass intellectual property rights.

In addition, depending on applicable law, you may have the right to (a) rectify, delete and object in relation to the processing of your personal data, and/or (b) the right to data portability and/or (c) the right to erasure (right to be forgotten).

Your training records will be stored electronically and retained for as long as legally required or necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your personal data is processed, unless you object to the processing of your data or withdraw your consent in accordance with this statement. After the lapse of such period, your training records will be kept in an aggregate and anonymized form for statistical purposes.

6. Do not at any time give out your username and password to anyone. If you have problems with your user credentials please contact the Administrator.

7. All content and information contained in the Frigoglass Academy web site are copyright-protected. No part of this web site may be reproduced in any electronic or printed medium without the express written permission of Frigoglass.

8. Whilst every reasonable effort is made to ensure all the file attachments available to download directly for Frigoglass Academy are virus-free, we strongly recommend good practice in the use of up-to-date, professional standard anti-virus software when browsing and downloading files from any web site.
